1月16日,國務院宣佈批准政務司司長林鄭月娥及財政司司長曾俊華辭職。截止下午4時,2017年的香港特首選舉已經有至少4位參選人。分別是退休法官胡國興,新民黨立法會議員葉劉淑儀,政務司司長林鄭月娥及財政司司長曾俊華。

Toxic haze that settled over much of China during the last three weeks has triggered a flight reflex among residents. Today several districts in Hong Kong experienced poor quality air on Sunday that posed a “very high” health risk.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) becoming the buzzword of 2016.

On December 29, 2016, there is a “Master” of the mysterious player started showing up on Tygem and FoxGo servers and went on to play dozens of matches against some of the top Go players in the world.1.jpg

Finally, 60 wins and 0 loss of the proud record, Master win this game.

Subsequently, Google’s DeepMind issued a notice, officially confirmed Master (formerly known as Magister) is AlphaGo.

Media blitz portraying fake news sites as having a real impact in national politics — and even capable of affecting the outcome of a presidential election. 里约奥运会落幕,闭幕式上日本首相安倍晋三以超级玛丽造型告诉全世界:东京来了。东京于2013年在最终的三个城市中获得胜利,取得2020年夏季奥运会的主办权。

从1896年至今现代奥运会的申办城市数量来看,世界各国对奥运的热情在慢慢降温。申奥争夺高峰集中在20世纪20年代至60年代。最多的一次是1936年夏季奥运会举办权争夺战,有13个城市参选,单纳粹德国就有柏林、科隆、纽伦堡、法兰克福四个城市参选。而1984年夏季奥运会举办权则只有洛杉矶一家参选。最近几次夏季奥运会申办城市数量仅维持在四个上下。

里约奥运会这届“惊喜处处”的奥运会差一点就在西班牙马德里举行。奥运主办权遴选信息网站GamesBids资料显示,在2009您的第一轮投票中,西班牙的马德里票数领先巴西里约热内卢,不过在其后两轮投票里约赶超马德里。 Continue reading →
